HOME RACE, BRAND NEW TRACK. CREMONA CIRCUIT MAKES ITS WOLDSBK DEBUT!
The Cremona Circuit makes its debut in the WorldSBK calendar. Following expansion work on the structure, this brand new track is ready to host the ninth round of the superbike.
This 3,768-meter long track has been revised in the last sector, with thirteen total turns, six right and seven left, with a long straight of about 800 meters where high speeds are reached. It is difficult to talk about previous results since the circuit was tested in May for the first time, but only for a few laps due to bad weather. A real unknown, which can only be defined at the end of tomorrow. The solutions brought by Pirelli for this round are SCX and SC0 at the rear, SC1 and SC2 at the front, to face an asphalt that seems not very abrasive and demanding on the tyres. Andrea Iannone and the team come from two days of very positive tests in Aragon, where new options were tested that could provide useful solutions for the championship finale.
This home race, in Italy, is the closest of the entire calendar to the headquarters of the Go Eleven team. Many enthusiasts, fans, sponsors and guests will reach the Cremona Circuit over the three days to experience a unique event. The warmth and passion will be a reason for further excitement and energy to fight on the track!
