“I can’t find words to describe my first Superbike victory! We knew we were strong after yesterday’s practice, but not so strong as to win with a gap. I am really happy both for me and for the team, they deserve it. I’m trying to enjoy the moment, I still haven’t quite realized what happened! After a difficult period like last year, being able to win is incredible, but now some well-deserved rest and recharge our batteries for tomorrow.”Denis Sacchetti (Team Manager):
“It is something magic, it’s difficult to describe the emotion I feel, after so many sacrifices and everything we have been through to get here. Today we are on the top floor, we won! This is a dream of life that comes true , and I have to say thanks to Michael, the whole team and the sponsors, thanks to them we are here and it’s dedicated to them. Let’s enjoy the moment, but let’s get back to work immediately because tomorrow we have another race to do and we can’t waste time! It is also dedicated to Andrea Antonelli, he is always with us and I’m sure he will have pushed us for the whole race!”
