WELCOME BACK JEREZ!

WELCOME BACK JEREZ!

After a year of “break” from the WorldSBK circus, Jerez de la Frontera returns to host the series derivatives!
Amazing circuit, among the hills of Andalusia, full of fast turns in succession, to be connected almost without taking a breath, has always welcomed the races on two wheels with open arms. The asphalt of the track is new and the riders will have to get used to the new feeling and the new grip from the first laps.
The World Superbike comes from two Rounds tormented, unfortunately, by bad weather: first the snow, then the flood of Imola… now it finally seems that we can ride in good weather, with the thermometer that could exceed 30 degrees! The Go Eleven Team is presented on the famous Spanish track with his titular rider, Eugene Laverty, still in recover due to the wrist injury that occurred at the Imola circuit.
To replace it will be reconfirmed Tommy Bridewell; is presented here, with behind, a great weekend in the BSB, three podiums conquered on three races done!
For him it will be fundamental to immediately resume the feeling with the electronics, then he will be able to bring the V4-R by Go Eleven to the limit.
In a few hours the British rider will be able to turn on the bike, get on the track and kick off the highly anticipated Jerez weekend!
Tommy Bridewell (Rider):
“I’m very excited to ride here in Jerez! It’s such an iconic circuit and to race in the WorldSBK it will great fun, sure now it’s good to be able to have the FP sessions and I hope we can be in a much stronger position come the first race Saturday afternoon!”
